A district wise, State wise database only including name, guardian's name, phone number and addresses should be initiated, prepared and forwarded from the District Collector with special emphasis on the beneficiaries who are above 18 years old. Separate lists for the persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities including autism and other cognition related disability should be prepared with utmost importance. Appropriate Ministry of Government of India should seek the exhaustive and complete list from the Collectors of different districts in India. This database should be prepared with Google sheet of registered gmail address of District Collector and should be shared with one unique central Gmail address...
